Inside Sales Markham

The ideal candidate for this position is one who has proven abilities in an inside sales environment with outbound B2B calling as the primary focus.  The responsibilities will include following up on warm leads, cold calling, , closing new customers and up-selling.  Adapting to the sales strategies as set out by management and working well in a team environment are a must.

If true hunting in a quota based environment is aligned with your skills and personality type then this is the role for you.  We offer a base salary plus an extremely lucrative commission plan and bonuses.

Qualifications
* 2-5 years of inside sales experience in a quota driven, commission based environment

* Post-secondary education or equivalent

* Ability to generate opportunities from cold calling

* 50+ phone calls per day minimum requirement

* Proven ability to reach and effectively communicate with C-Level Executives

* Strong webinar presentation skills

* Strong closing skills a must

* Strong computer skills and proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook

* Strong organizational skills within CRM and database capabilities (Salesforce, Microsoft CRM or Sugar CRM)

* Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
